The project

PayPal offers easy and secure cashless payments and we are looking for you as a competent contact person for all customer questions, working comfortably from home!

Your Responsibilities

  • Competent and friendly customer service 
  • Answering specialized questions via chat and phone
  • Careful processing of transactions and written documentation
  • Support in navigating the PayPal website, as well as master data changes as part of classic contract management.

Your Profile

  • Strong in communication and enjoy interacting with people
  • Good technical skills 
  • Career changers and lateral entrants are also welcome
  • Very good italian or spanish skills (C1) and good English skills (minimum B1)
  • Clean criminal record certificate 
  • A suitable workspace for a home office*
    (*Stable internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, and a residence in Croatia)
